Is everything vegan?

Yes- we are absolutely 100% plant based. When you see words evoking meat or dairy, they are actually all plants!

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in San Francisco city limits, and may be able to accommodate other Bay Area deliveries on a case by case basis. Please reach out to our team and we can assist!

Can I pickup?

Yes! You can pickup at our commissary shared with our deli Vegan Picnic, located at 1323 Polk Street in San Francisco.

Which dates and times do you offer delivery/pickup?

We deliver and offer pickups 7 days a week, 7am-7pm.

What's your order deadline?

We need all orders confirmed and paid for by 3pm, 2 days prior to your delivery or pickup date.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, if you are within the order deadline of 2 days prior by 3pm, please reach out to our service team to assist modifying your order.

What's your cancellation policy?

Orders cancelled 96 hours (4 days) from the date and time of order delivery/pickup are eligible for a full refund. 

Orders cancelled before 72 and 48 hours from date and time of order delivery/pickup are eligible for a 50% refund. 

Any cancellations within 48 hours of date and time of delivery or pickup are not eligible for a refund. 

Is tableware included?

All appropriate serving ware is included, and compostable plates, cutlery, and napkins can be purchased on our site.

Do you offer full service events?

We do on a limited basis. Please reach out to our service team! 

Do you have a list of allergens?

Each menu item lists any allergens in its product description. Our service team is happy to assist menu planning as well!
